Contact us by email or phone and we will send the current pricing list along with a customer form. The customer form has information that is needed during the assembly process along with information about financial assistance that may be available to you in your area. This process may take a week or so for a response. We have several other businesses and can only support this one as time allows. 

Identify and confirm what options you would like. We will then send a formalized quote with all the information you will need to move forward. We highly recommend exploring the local grant availability in your area. You may be surprised what your county might be able to do for you. If you are direct purchasing, we will get you a lead time at the point of order. Normal lead times are 6-10 weeks depending on stock and current orders. 

Once your order is placed we will review the customer order form and make the majority of the adjustments needed during the assembly process. Almost all trailers are different in terms of how they need to be set up during our assembly process.  Your order will be shipped to you 98 percent assembled. You will need to install the hitch to the seat post and connect the trailer arm to the trailer with the connection pins. Only minor adjustments of seat belts or foot pads should be needed. 

Our shipments will be made by an LTL freight company that will have a lift gate to drop the pallet at your location. Unload and complete the setup. It is estimated at about 30 -45 mins for the average person.
